At Bill’s Prescription Center, you will be treated as though you are a member of our own family. We care about our customers and their families and want to create relationships that will last for a lifetime. What truly sets us apart from our competition is the personal service we provide to our customers.
You can expect to speak with a real person when you call our store. During normal business hours, you will always reach one of our skilled staff members. You will never have to follow several prompts only to be placed on hold.
Our regular store hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we are closed on Sundays - but we are always available for our patients. There are emergency phone numbers on our voicemail and on the front door of our store. One of our pharmacists is always available to help you.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like your prescriptions mailed. While we can mail prescriptions in most cases, there are a few exceptions.
Yes. You simply drive up to a covered parking space where an intercom is available for you to ring. We will then wait on you without you having to leave your vehicle.
We have an easy to use refill form on our prescription page. You may also call our store and one of our friendly staff will take your refill information.
Most refills are available within 15-30 minutes.
Yes. We are the only pharmacy that delivers in Brandon; we also service the greater Tampa and Plant City area. There is a $5 charge per trip; not per prescription. We also offer FREE delivery for our assisted living patients and to nursing homes.

Yes. Our cholesterol testing is available by appointment only. Please call or email us to schedule an appointment or if you have any questions. The service fee is $45.00 and the results are available within just a few minutes.
Yes. We offer ZRT Hormone Testing, which consists of a saliva test for different hormone profiles. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call or email Mary.
