At Bill's Prescription Center, we know you are busy and we realize that your time is important. That's why we offer you the option of submitting your refill prescriptions online or over the phone. You won't ever get an automated answering service at our pharmacy either. Every time you call, the phone is answered by a member of our staff. Our mission has always been to treat our patients like family and you certainly wouldn't automate a conversation with your family members.

If you have a prescription that needs refilling, simply fill out the prescription refill form or give us a call. Any member of our friendly staff, including our pharmacists and pharmacy-technicians, will be glad to assist you with your prescription refill needs. Most refills are available for pickup within 15 - 30 minutes.

To place an order for a new prescription, please choose one of the following options:

• Ask your doctor's office to fax us your prescriptions at (813) 681-8475 or send them to us electronically. (preferred)

• Ask your doctor's office to call in your prescription to us at (813) 689-3521.

• Stop by our store with a new prescription and experience our excellent service.
